Columbia, MD - Atlantic Industrial, Inc., the parent company of Atlantic Scaffolding and Atlantic Plant Services announces the appointment of Samuel Morasca, Jr. as a member of the Board of Directors.
Morasca brings to Atlantic years of managerial experience after holding many senior executive positions with Shell Oil Company and Affiliates. Currently he is a consultant providing business advisory services to a number of companies including FrontStreet Partners, LLC, a financial advisory and investment firm. Morasca is also a member of two other boards and an Executive Professor at the University of Houston Graduate Business School.
“Sam will enhance the board with his experience leading multiple strategic development activities including growth initiatives, business restructuring and joint ventures,” comments Pete Vrettakos, Atlantic’s Chairman of the Board.
Morasca received his BS degree from Penn State, and his MBA from Boston College. He currently resides in Houston, Texas.
